Every unit starts as a certified ISO container and is fitted out to a fixed specification before it ships.
- Certified shell
Each container carries its CSC safety plate — gross mass, stacking load and test date stamped at manufacture.
- Timber stud framing
An insulated stud frame is built inside the corrugated steel, squaring the walls for lining.
- First fix
Hot and cold runs, waste and ducting routed through the studwork before anything is closed up.
- Spray-foam insulation
Closed-cell foam bonded to the steel — the detail that decides whether a steel box is habitable.

Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms fitted within the 2.35 m internal width.

- Held in the UK, not in transit. Stock sits in our entrepôt, so you are not waiting on a sailing from China.
